Juliette goes to school
Today is Juliette's first day at school. She woke up in a good mood, unaware of the day that lay ahead of her. I thought I was going to be a hot mess, but thankfully I was ok. I am so excited for her to meet and mingle with other little people her age. I'm thrilled at the idea that she may try to eat other things (something other than macaroni and cheese). My baby is growing up!
We dropped her off and as soon as she walked into her classroom, she ran off and started playing. She didn't even noticed that we left her. We did sneak Chuck in...in case he is needed. It's only been two hours...I wonder how she's doing? Daddy will be by to pick you up later Cheekie!
Juliette was 19 months two days ago. This was the first time I did not get her picture on the actual month birthday. Sorry kid. We've just been having too much fun to stop and take pictures (and you reallllly don't sit for more than 1.6 seconds). Juliette blabs non-stop. If only we could understand her. Tomorrow she starts "school" two days a week. I'm sure I will cry. And I bet she won't even notice her dad and I aren't there. She is so independent. Every day is more fun than the day before. She LOVES to go swimming. She has become quite fond of taking long bike rides with her pops. If she's in a bad mood, just give her Chuck and take her outside and she's instantly in a better mood. Juliette, we are so lucky to be your parents! And just when you think you can't love someone anymore, somehow you do. You are such a joy and we love you to the moon and back! Happy 19 month birthday! p.s. To make up for being two days late, we are heading to Publix shortly to get you a cupcake ;)
Thanks for stopping by! My name is Jen and I am the proud Momma of Juliette Margot! We are so blessed to have a healthy and happy baby girl. Check back often and watch as Juliette grows...you never know what great adventures are ahead of us!
