Happy Halloween! Juliette took a late nap which totally threw off her groove in the first part of trick or treating. She didn't want anything to do with this Halloween thing. Thankfully, she recovered and woke up to enjoy the evening. We took turns running up and down the street with the cutest little lady bug. Of course, she had zero interest in the candy (she doesn't eat in case you did not read the previous post). She loved the freedom of running like a mad woman while droves of kids flocked down our street. Someone gave her a a glow stick which made her night. Coolest thing ever to her. After a few hours of chasing the kid, it was bedtime. Can't wait to do it all over again next year!

Juliette has proven that the terrible two's start at 20 months, not the previously thought of 24 months. She now refuses to eat mac n' cheese and hotdogs (her old trusty staples). She now is down to cheesey poofs, crackers, cookies and icing (not the cake, just icing). I try daily to shove some yogurt in to which I am 50% successful. She is usually wearing the other half. We give her more milk to compensate and up her calorie intake intake and up her vitamins. If anyone knows how to make a kid eat, I'd love to know!
School is going well...she hugged a little boy as soon as we walked into her classroom the other day. Thankfully the teacher saw it too cause I could not believe my eyes. She LOVES going outside. She has not bitten or slapped anyone since her first week. However, she still throws her lunch plate on a daily basis. She now knows how to throw a temper tantrum. And we question her reasoning as to why out of nowhere she fake crys and then all of a sudden smiles and goes on with her day. But, she is still cute as can be and we love her more each day. She's on her way to being a strong independent young lady! Happy 20 Months Juliette Margot! You have become quite the crazy kid! You LOVE to run everywhere you go. You don't sit unless there's a Disney movie on the t.v. (see picture above). Chuck is ALWAYS by your side. Thankfully, your teachers at school let you have him with you all day now. They have seen you without him. And quite honestly, they like you better when Chuck is around. You still are the world's pickiest eater. You now are not a fan of hotdogs anymore. Oh how I wish you would eat more things! I am starting to think that the "Terrible Two's" actually start before the age of two. You love to make a good mess. Toys in basket are your favorite. You love to dump them all out and then go on to the next mess. You love to stick your hands in the dogs water bowl and splash water everywhere. One of your other favorite activities is turning the t.v. off and then slyly walking away to only get mad a few minutes later cause you can't hear your Disney movie. Man, it's a good thing you are so cute! I wouldn't trade any of your craziness for anything! I love you, Juliette Margot! (your Dada loves you too)
Juliette is on her fourth week at school. So far she has:
On a good note, she now naps better at school. She eats all the goldfish and butter cookies her heart desires. She is starting to play and interact with her classmates. Now if we could just get rid of all these germs...ugh. Here's some pictures from recent times... And some notes from school...these are real gems :)
